Dirty Seconds is a party game you can play offline. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can reach us. If we change how data works, we will update this page and bump the date above.
Who we are
Dirty Seconds is operated by Sven Jens. Questions about privacy: sven@sven-jens.nl.
What the app stores on your device
Gameplay is built to work without an account. On your phone we keep local data such as:
- Question packs you downloaded or seeded with the app
- Pack selection and sound / haptics preferences
- In-progress round state while you play
That data stays on the device. We do not need it to run a round over the internet.
Purchases
If you buy packs, payment is handled by Apple or Google through their stores. We plan to use RevenueCat to check what you unlocked. Those providers process payment details under their own policies. We do not see your full card number.
Website
Our marketing site is hosted on Netlify. Standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use that to keep the site up and spot abuse, not to build marketing profiles in the MVP.
Analytics and future tools
We may add product analytics later (for example to see which cards get passed a lot). If we do, we will update this policy and keep the data as anonymous as the tool allows. We will not sell your personal data.
Age and sensitive content
Dirty Seconds is for people 18 and older. Do not use the app if you are under 18. Prompts are fictional party cards. Do not share other people's private information while you play.
Your choices
- Delete the app to remove local game data from that device
- Manage App Store / Play purchases in your store account
- Email us if you need help with an account-linked purchase once accounts exist
